To keep your pieces looking good as new, wipe with a polishing cloth on a regular basis. All orders/purchases come with a mini polishing cloth for ease of care. Sterling silver can tarnish from the sunlight so be sure to store in a spot away from the sun. If your sterling does tarnish, a good wipe with a polishing cloth will do wonders! Returns and order cancellations are not accepted. If you accidentally order the wrong color or finish, please email us asap and we will work with you to update to the desired options. Note if there is no attempt to contact us and the order is shipped, no return can be made. If your piece breaks within 30 days of receipt, please send us an email and we will fix it free of charge.
